We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible trip or business relationship.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional lodge or organization, inquiry category, message, submission time and record of consent. Do not include payment details, passport information or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We store inquiry information so Last Cast can review it, respond and maintain a record of the conversation. We may use limited submission information to prevent spam and misuse. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and storage

The website and inquiry records use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database services. These providers process information to operate the site. Technical information such as request and error logs may be processed by the hosting services for security and operation. Information may be processed outside your country.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell contact-form information. We may share it with service providers needed to operate the site or when required by applicable law. We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to address the inquiry and maintain relevant business records, then delete them when no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics to this page. Hosting and sign-in services may use technical cookies needed for access or security. Fonts and site photographs are served with the website.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw permission for further contact, by emailing chris@lastcastflytravel.com. We may need to verify a request and retain information where legally required. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
